“We spent 2 nights at La Posada de Barro. It is a small traditional hotel with a bar/restaurant below. The bathroom fixtures all modern, bed comfortable, and two large shuttered windows looking over the river. One evening it was noisy until about 11:30 (outdoor diners) but the second (Wednesday) they were closed and the primary sound was the river. We traveled by FEVE train, an easy 10-15 minute walk. We also had 2 meals at the restaurant which were a good value. The family that owns/works there were welcoming and helpful. We would stay here again.”
“Very good food. Freshly made and tasty. Stopped for a light lunch and had the house salad with eggs and goats cheese and some delicious and creamy patatas con ajo.”
“We have been visiting this wonderful restaurant regularly since we discovered Asturias many years ago and the service has always been excellent. We even celebrated our wedding reception dinner here! The food is homemade (please ignore the reviews saying that the food is frozen - this is completely untrue) and the service is warm, friendly and always with a smile. The decor is particularly beautiful and the main dining room is cozy, welcoming and decorated with a lot of care and attention. Without doubt the best restaurant in Infiesto!”
